If you’re thinking about renting from them, don’t. There are way better landlords out there. This company is nothing but trouble, and they’re not worth the risk. They do not care for their properties to unsafe levels. A tenant was permanently injured-see on going lawsuit

Cheap, Roaches, Rude, Money Hungry Company
I've been a tenant here for 3 years - -Roach infestations in both properties (Clewis and Palma Ceia) -Management entered my apartment without knocking or consent while I was there. -Renovations are cheap and poorly done -Management wouldn’t even consider ending my lease a few weeks early for my engagement trip overseas and provided me with no options. -Paint peels off of everything if you try to clean -Rude and extremely unprofessional
It's not worth your money, I promise.

Everything is broken + office takes advantage of residents
Upon move in: Doors hung incorrectly so multiple doors would not shut Black mold in shower and HVAC closet, so much that it smelled Broken light fixture During tenancy: Fridge broke and needed repair 4x causing food to go bad Washer kept floodeding bathroom AC broke Complex tented for termites and had to leave for 3 days (we were not given any sort of meal/accommodation stipend, only what is required by law which is the rent abatement of the 3 days) Locks changed and no spare keys... allowed Leasing staff moved offsite Water/electric randomly turned off for maintenance with less than a single days notice multiple times Constant construction including to my door/door frame/windows with no notice “luxury apartment” yet many units (including mine) have not been upgraded Upon move out: I had signed a month to month agreement after my lease ended, AFTER double checking with staff (Ebelyn and another staff member who’s name I cannot remember) that I could in fact pay a prorated rent amount as I knew I’d be moving out halfway through February. Essentially I needed a couple additional weeks before moving to my new place abroad (which the office knew… do with this information what you will). I gave my 30 day written notice which was approved by the office and signed all termination paperwork. On my move out date I turned in my keys and was told I was all set and would receive my refund in about a week. I asked Angel if there was any way I could receive it faster as I’d be leaving the country and he assured me he could send it priority. 2 weeks after moving out I was hit with a bill for the entire months rent even though I moved out on the 16th of the month. I sent a certified letter to object this charge and received a signature receipt. I then did not hear anything for 2 weeks. I emailed asking the status of my objection (through email because no one would return my calls) and was told I’d be getting a refund in a week. 3 more weeks went by and I emailed again and Sarah who responded to me told me the person who stated I’d be getting a refund “didn’t check your account to see that you wouldn’t be getting a refund.”... I ended up paying it in the end because no one would speak to me after I sent my certified objection letter and I wanted the whole thing to be over. A tip to anyone living here based on my experience: get all answers to your questions about your lease in writing so you aren’t lied to like I was.

Do not live here!
Ever since I have moved in, I have had issues. I have had multiple ac leaks, roaches, appliances breaking, entire property under renovation for months, pool closed for weeks, gym with no power for a week and a half and honestly will probably not get fixed until I move out. The list goes on. Trust me it is not worth living here!
