We love living here! It’s super close to everything and the monthly community events are the best.
If you are looking for a new place to live I highly recommend Novel Midtown. Paige at the front desk is AMAZING.

We are very excited, and pleased to be a part of this awesome community. The beauty, and the luxury of the property exceeded our expectation. We really love the Novel Midtown Tampa property, and it’s quickly becoming our little paradise. It is by far the best kept secret for the best, and most convenient place to live. It is a true walkable community.

Beware of this apartment building. As a former resident, I can confidently say that the management team is more concerned with lining their pockets than providing a safe and comfortable living environment.
The apartments are infested with mold, and the constant construction noise is unbearable. But what's even more disturbing is the blatant disregard for residents' well-being. The management team is only interested in making a quick buck, and they'll stop at nothing to get it.
They'll woo you... with a fancy tour and false promises, but once you sign the lease, you're on your own. Don't expect any help or support when things go wrong. And they will go wrong.
The building is overrun with Airbnb guests, who are clearly the management team's priority. Residents are treated like second-class citizens, and it's clear that we're just an afterthought.
Save yourself the stress and find a different place to live. Trust me, you won't regret it.

I am so grateful to be a part of the Novel Midtown community! Moving to this location has truly been a dream come true! After moving from New Jersey to Tampa, I knew that I wanted to be in the heart of the city. Novel Midtown is the perfect location that offers so many opportunities within walking distance! I fell in love with my apartment as soon as I walked in the door! Every detail is beautiful, and I am so excited to have updated and modern architecture! I am enjoying my breath taking view... overlooking the pool as well as all of the amenities and fun activities that the community offers! I definitely want to recognize every member of the leasing team! Scarlett has been by my side since the first day that I called inquiring information! She has gone above and beyond to make this a smooth process! I’ve also had the pleasure of meeting Paige, Katrina, and Orlando who have also been extremely supportive and helpful throughout my move in! Each of them has personally made me feel welcome!
