Ever since this property was purchased from Related the quality of customer service has been none existent. The Property manager and assistant just quit in mass. This is a high rise building and if more than 1 elevator is working it is a miracle. The residents even joke about it in the elevator.
The entrance area is quite often jammed with delivery cars so residents can't get to the back parking lot. The evening guards do the best they can but are overwhelmed.
If there are problems in the units... the engineering staff usually responds quickly, looks interested in the problem, and then disappears for long stretches.
The common areas are getting worn with dog marks and burnt out lights.
This is one of the most expensive apartment buildings in Tampa and yet it is being treated like an afterthought.
I would strongly recommend avoiding.
