So convenient
I’ve lived here for three years, it’s very comfortable, big rooms and spacious closets. I’ve had maintenance come by, and I’ve communicated via email or phone, everything has been always resolved. Management takes care of her tenants very well. Thank you.

Do NOT live here
DO NOT LIVE AT PARK POINTE! I do not recommend living here at all. We have had numerous water leaks with mold coming from the leaks and management not doing anything about it. The management is absolutely horrible and rude. There is trash everywhere scattered around the complex.

I do not recommend to live, these apartments are very old, insecure, dirty and expensive and care at the end of the contract, the administration find a way not to return the deposit, inventing damage

Single mom tenant with two young daughter
I like Park Pointe Apartment. Its across the street from walmart, wendy, close to Al Lopez park, lots of shopping, bank, and post office. The office personel are respectful and nice. The rooms are huge, the apartment have lots of closet space and extremely comfortable. Negative is that in time of storms parkings floods. I personally do not like living on the second floor, too hectic for me and my daughters. Make sure you get great curtain, the sun seems to hit the windows big time and warm up... the house big time.
