People are nice and the student-workers are trying to seem accommodating but many problems/ concerns and maintenance requests have gone unresolved. Our washing machine has been broken for a while and makes ungodly sounds when in motion and when they came to fix it they told us to just put less clothes in. Our apartment has had mold multiple times now and we have had no actual help to reduce and eliminate the problem and last but not least these apartments are too expensive for what we actually... get, which is reduced security from a broken entrance gate that seems to work for a couple days at the beginning of each semester, limited access to our packages because we can only access them during office hours and very limited visitor parking.

The entrance gates have already been repaired, but if you ever notice an issue in the future, please let us know so we can address it promptly. We also understand the concerns about package accessibility and are looking into potential solutions to improve the experience for our residents. As for parking, while we did experience high demand during a particularly busy weekend, our current visitor parking is designed to accommodate typical needs.
