Something is fishy, and it isn't the pond
Not ideal but decent if you need something now until something better comes along. I moved in not long ago (waitlisted for other apartments) under the impression I'd be living with one roommate who showed me the place. Cool... yeah no.
Well, AFTER I sign and pay for everything and start moving in (3 floors, no elevator, not disability friendly), I find out there are three other people, NONE OF WHICH were the roommate I met under the impression of sharing, and my anxiety hit the clouds. The... whole reason I moved here was to have relative quiet and minimal sharing with one other person after being in a toxic household with a relative. So much for a peaceful first start living away from a parent.
One average sized refrigerator is not even close to enough for four people sharing a kitchen. So you kind of have no choice but to keep little perishable food. Also ROACHES!!! Not happy with it, but it's just a meantime in between time. Tough it out for a year, save up, and live elsewhere.
