Venice Isles Luxury Apartments

Edit: This place took $2,195 for a security deposit. I have three different forms of proof, including a charge from the company.

They cannot find my money. So I’m out $2,195.

I would strongly advise against this residence, as their corporate team has not responded to my dispute and I’ve been trying to contact them since the beginning of April 2026.

So as of now, they are in possession of my money and refuse to return it.

would strongly caution anyone considering this apartment community to do extensive research before signing a lease. During my residency, the property changed ownership multiple times, which resulted in ongoing confusion and inconsistency in management.

I experienced repeated issues with communication and administrative handling, including payment discrepancies that were never clearly resolved. Several other residents I spoke with reported similar concerns.

The condition of the property was... also disappointing. Common areas were not consistently maintained, pet waste was frequently left around the grounds, and I personally witnessed multiple incidents involving aggressive dogs. In addition, amenities such as the pool were unavailable for extended periods during the summer, and malfunctioning sprinklers appeared to run continuously for long stretches of time.

Perhaps the most frustrating aspect was the lack of responsiveness from management and corporate representatives. Obtaining answers or escalation contacts beyond the local office proved extremely difficult, leaving many concerns unresolved.
