If how to get it WRONG was a property!!
I recently toured your property and boy, am I glad I didn't sign a lease! Manager Pam seemed like she'd rather be anywhere else, avoiding eye contact like it was a contact sport. And don't even get me started on the reviews - all sunshine and rainbows, but only about the leasing process. What about the actual living experience? Mediocre property, spiders galore, a gate that's always open, and a 'car care center' that's just a hose. And have you noticed the lovely sulfur smell? It's like a... perpetual stink bomb. My friend's afraid to use her patio because of the eight-legged roommates. Here's some advice: step up your grounds game and building upkeep, secure the buildings with some kind of entry access, close the gate, add some amenities, and for the love of all things holy, screen in those patios! Or you’ll be stuck with those empty apartments for much longer.
