One of the office workers behaved completely inappropriately and unprofessionally towards my family and we were given a notice of delinquency on our door WRONGLY. I went to the office, spoke with the assistant manager, and was never given an apology by the office worker who harassed my wife, family, and me. The community also doesn’t tell us when to expect things like the grill to be completed. There are no community wide emails that keep us privy to this knowledge. Right now one of the electric... vehicle charging stations is NOT WORKING and nothing proactive is being done about it. The events could be FAR better than they are considering rent prices, should have better food, wine, and drinks, and the Clubhouse should be open for community events and rentals. The manager of the main office isn’t even there more than HALF of working hours. It’s really pathetic. Oh, and oftentimes the hot tub isn’t even hot. What on earth are we paying for? A ripoff, that’s what.
