Indian Trace Apartments

I have been complaining about the stove for months. I've sent emails, called, and gone to the office in person to complain. They are short staffed in the office and maintenance department. I haven't even signed a recent lease! They have no problem taking my lease payments but i can't fix food for my kids for the holidays! If i don't pay they would want to evict me but i can't live in comfort. My neighbor moved and now the roaches have begun taking over my place too! This place is ridiculous!!... if i could afford to move trust me I would! They continue to raise the rent each year and nothing has improved with the development. The management company has changed the personnel in the office has changed several times in the five years I've been here and there still has been no improvement! Work orders are not being completed. Submitted work orders in 1/2023 and 9/2023 and still the work has not been completed.

I am at the mercy of this office manager and maintenance team because it is too expensive to rent anywhere else. If I am financially able, I would leave this place yesterday.

Takes weeks and months, if ever to complete work orders.

This place is disgusting. The front office is so unorganized. I was showed an apartment that was infested with roaches. It smells like mold. My apartment complex leaked water from the ceiling and nothing was ever done about it. The trash is beyond a health hazard. Trash is constantly spread throughout the complex. We have 1 dumpster for 15 buildings. Trash is ALWAYS out to the road over the weekend. People walk by and throw trash on the ground. Maintenance does the bare minimum regarding up... keeping. I have been living at this establishment for over two years now and since I have been here rent has been going up the gates for security in our safety has not been working since I have been living here, which gives any outsiders the ability to come out and hang out around the facility at night cars have been broken into, license tags has been stolen including the plate, as well as tires. Peoples cars have been put on cement blocks. Nothing has Gotten better. No matter how many times you bring... these criminal activities to the staff attention they have nothing to say. Since I have been here there have been multiple deaths, people held at gunpoint coming up to their apartment. I no longer can say I feel safe living here nor comfortable because my hard earned money has to go to a facility that does not care about the safety of the residents. Read More
