Overture Hamlin is a GREAT place to live Its like living in a resort All maintenance is taken care of quickly & perfectly The office staff are wonderful kind & caring The activities are terrific You can be busy everyday or just relax by the pool The residents are very friendly and welcome newcomers

Love living here, residents are extremely friendly and staff, especially the Asst Manager go out of their way to help. Activities are so many I can't keep up.

Excellent location. Friendly stafff and professionally managed. Recently built community with ammenities, upgrades, spacious floor plans, competitively priced, close to theme parks and area attractions, fine dining, main roads and highways, and appears to be a great place to live in!
