For the price they’re charging you can go somewhere better. There’s roaches and stray cats EVERYWHERE which means FLEAS. You can smell the trash from a mile away and not to mention that it is super rare to have a day where you can’t hear people right outside your window. Management is rude and nasty and this place is super run down.

This place is now under new management and they are awesome, respectful, professional and caring.
Clean, quiet, safe neighborhood with amazing maintenance people. The apartments are beautiful. People are friendly.
