It has been good overall. Some challenges that have not been addressed, such as smoking residents and the apartment flooding. Hopefully these things will be improved

Hello dear Resident , our community is a non smoking community but as we know some people will not follow the rules. This is always a tough one to handle because we have to see someone smoking typically to prove they are and then handle it at that... time. As for the apartment flooding , if something is not completed please email us to let us know what that is and we will handle immediately . Our email is windwardplace@ram-mgt.com

So far it’s good. I am enjoying my stay here. Locality is nearby to all major shops like Costco, Walmart, Target, Publix. Community is good, but at the same there is room for improvement.

I wish there was a Valet Trash available since we need not worry about dumping the trash all by myself even while I am busy. In my case, the dumpster is far away and completely on the opposite side which makes it difficult to go there and dump trash every now and then.

I completely understand and the only reason we dont have it is because we back up to the woods and trash will only invite more wildlife into our breezeways.

My initial move in formalities were very good and I had a smooth move in. I was very happy they way the initial cleaning and maintenance was handled and the house i live in now was maintained well
