So many roaches everywhere. Otherwise it is alright. But I wish there were less roaches and bugs everywhere. The property also has lots of cobwebs and spiders

I wish the units were a little more updated but overall it’s a nice living area for Athens and is a getaway from the college town lifestyle you’d expect for student apartments.

The staff is very sweet and very responsive to any issues or concerns. Maintenance is very quick to resolve any issues. Very good experience and I recommend to anyone interested!

This is my fourth year living at the reserve and I've lived in both a four bedroom and a two bedroom apartment. I've really enjoyed my time here and I think that the current staff at the reserve is the best that it's been in my time here. They are always so helpful and I feel like they are willing to help me with problems with my apartment.

Living here is fine, but it is not anything that is luxury. Residents are loud but if you ever submit a complaint, management does not do anything. People don't follow quiet hours and marketing is slow at communicating events.
