The place is wonderful, great location and atmosphere. the only complaint I have is about the property manager britnee, not a fan of her. she will do whatever it takes to get a couple hundred bucks off you. the maintenance folk are all nice, the supporting pm's are all sweet. overall though lived here for 3 years and have no complaints of the lifestyle here

This community is fantastic! The 24/7 fitness center has a good variety of equipment, the two dog parks are perfect for dog owners, and the game room with billiards and shuffleboard is a great place to unwind. The gated parking garage adds security, and the sizable swimming pool is ideal for relaxing on hot days.
The location is unbeatable, with plenty of restaurants and fun spots just a short walk away. It’s the perfect mix of comfort, convenience, and fun!

I’ve had a great experience at 1016 Lofts for the last four years. The leasing office is usually very attentive, maintenance is quick and thorough, and the apartments are in good shape. The neighborhood has a lot to do, too.

I really enjoy the community and the neighborhood is prime location. Upon move in date my apartment was not cleaned i even saw an old hair tie.
They had enough time to prepare the apartment for my arrival and neglected to do so. I Will give it a deep clean myself. Other than that the apartment community is nice and cool to live in
