My experience has been wonderful. My service requests are addressed immediately and the staff is very kind. The management team does a great job of notifying us of community updates. I haven't had any issues receiving my mail

First off I want to mention that the community at 1824 Defoor is beautiful. I went for a tour for an apartment and the landscaping was so clean as well as the apartment common areas. Tamika was amazing in assisting me. Very friendly and went out of her way to answer any questions I had and help me with my application process. Although I didn’t land on 1824 for final choice, I would definitely recommend these beautiful community. Ask for Tamika, she’s amazing!

Have thoroughly enjoyed my time here so far! The complex is close to grocery stores, the highway, good shops and restaurants. Grounds are well kept and the maintenance guys are awesome! The office team is always super helpful as well. Definitely a place to check out if you're looking to live ITP!

The staff is incredibly helpful, always going above and beyond to ensure residents' needs are met promptly. The apartment layouts are beautiful and the neighborhood is wonderfully calm and serene, providing a peaceful retreat from the hustle and bustle of the city. Plus, the community amenities, such as the fitness center and swimming pool, add an extra layer of convenience to everyday living.
