Berkeley Park shared living has 4 apartment homes, each offers 6 private bedroom/bathroom suites to be leased individually. Each private suite comes with cable, high speed internet, ceiling fan, custom blinds and full private bathroom with bathtub.

Each resident will have access to the shared kitchen and TV lounge on the 2nd floor. The TV Lounge offers a 50" flat screen smart TV, sofa and several accent chairs. The eat-in kitchen offers 2 refrigerators, dishwasher, microwave and toaster oven. All cookware and dinnerware are provided. Residents are assigned pantry space to correlate with private suite number.

The first-floor bistro kitchen offers a 3rd stainless steel refrigerator and 2nd dishwasher. A Keurig, microwave oven and 42" flat screen TV makes this a great space to relax and enjoy a meal. There a 2 laundry rooms with full washer and dryer per apartment, one on the first floor and one on the 3rd floor.

In addition, we offer the NEST heating and air system, Comcast cable and high-speed internet for both shared and private spaces. Bi-weekly housekeeping for all shared spaces and private (for an additional fee). A ring security system around the perimeter of the community. Plenty of off street parking and an outdoor patio lounge area.
