Atlantic House is a very nice place to live. The apartment layouts are good and the floor to ceiling windows are amazing. The unit we're in is a bit older and could use some refreshing, but for the price we're paying I think it's a great deal. The amenities are good (not great), but I believe they're in the process of giving them all a refresh, so hopefully that helps. I do wish they had a fenced in dog area.

Love the property, only complaint is the maintenance requests, mine are minor so it isn't too much of a nuisance, takes forever and leasing office isn't really clear on the best way to reach out to them besides seeing them in person.

I have lived here for 3 years and moved to a different place for own year, just to come back. Everyone that works in the building is kind, maintenance is quick, and the building is safe. I have loved living here
