Great apartments, great employees, and it’s a fantastic place to be my first apt in Atlanta. The location is perfect, right by a Marta Station and grocery store.

Comfy Cozy Place to live. Always clean building fantastic staff. Cool amenities. Been here for 5 years and have always felt safe. Close to cool areas in the city

Overall decent living conditions. The window coverings, however, are cheap and flimsy. I plan to install my own...if I stay for another year. The kitchen in my unit has some drawbacks, including only 2 drawers & not storage in the island (which would be a no-brainer.

The community is very peaceful and organized. The staff is kind and polite, being always useful and caring to the residents. overall, all of the amenities and spaces in the property or clean and organize, which shows that the apartment has a good management and cleaning standards besides having great workers to contribute to this amazing environment for people to call home.
