If you move to Midtown, Atlantic House is the ONLY option you should have on your tour to-do list. The maintenance team, leasing team and concierge team go above and beyond to make my experience here feel like I’m at home. Along with the beauty of the apartments, the super cool amenities and how well maintained it is, I would recommend Atlantic House to anyone.

I've noticed some improvements with the management team and building maintenance. New cameras. Some new gym equipment. The front door is FINALLY being locked after office hours. Progress is being made.

My experience at Atlantic House so far has been very positive. The property is clean, the amenities are well kept, and the community feels comfortable and inviting. Any time I’ve needed assistance, the staff has been friendly and quick to help. The location is also very convenient.

The apartments are great, spacious and filled with natural light. It’s true that kitchens could be more modern, but over all they are functional. The amenities are quite good and the buildings service is excellent. The only downside is that sometimes the hallway smells like the garbage chute
