Overall decent living conditions. The window coverings, however, are cheap and flimsy. I plan to install my own...if I stay for another year. The kitchen in my unit has some drawbacks, including only 2 drawers & not storage in the island (which would be a no-brainer.

The community is very peaceful and organized. The staff is kind and polite, being always useful and caring to the residents. overall, all of the amenities and spaces in the property or clean and organize, which shows that the apartment has a good management and cleaning standards besides having great workers to contribute to this amazing environment for people to call home.

Atlantic House has been great! Amazing location with lots of great restaurants nearby and wonderful access to Piedmont Park and the Beltline!

The management is terrible. That’s why the occupancy is super low. Nobody wants to do their jobs. There are common complaints that will never be corrected or addressed. Management pretends to be concerned if you complain but they don’t care. They will ask you to move out before they make a real effort to improve their work ethic or quality of service. The location is great and the floorplans are nice but the building needs a better staff. If you see anything negative online about this building... or the staff, believe it.
