Been living here for 2 years and enjoy it. Overall nice community but a lot of noise from neighbors and recent safety issues have become concerning.

I instantly fell in love with Avana West when I saw it only, seeing it in person only confirmed what I thought. I don’t like there yet, but I am so excited to. Dry cleaning, a year round open pool, delivery lockers, parking garage, and the list goes on.

I’ve been here for two years and plan to renew my lease for another year. So far, I’ve had a great experience. The staff in the front office are wonderful. They are very communicative and responsive whenever you need anything. I really like my apartment and the amenities here, as well as the location. My apartment size is excellent for the price that I pay. My only complaint would be about some of the residents. Some residents do not pick up after their pets, and some residents litter in the... parking garage or on the apartment property, but it really has nothing to do with the apartment itself or the staff that run the property. I have also felt very safe living here as a single woman and would highly recommend Avana Westside to others.

Leasing office is responsive & try their best. Community events & drinks. We do have a package overflow with minimum lockers but overall cool community to live in
