I put in a work order to repair my bathroom ceiling and have had no response. It’s not the first time. The older not renovated apartments are falling apart.

The community is safe, renovated apartments are really nice. Jimira at the leasing office is really nice, very accommodating and gets back to every email you send ASAP and tends to your needs.

Overall, a convenient location and very nice place to live.
Property is well-maintained. I am only a few miles from family members & Target, Publix & restaurants are very close.
My only complain is: Maintenance is very slow to fulfill requests
