The location is super convenient, walking distance to many stores and restaurants and half mile to MARTA. The property is quiet, well maintained and they communicate well. Maria and Destin in the management office have been a joy to deal with. 3 months in and I’d recommend it.

Courtland’s has been a great experience for me, because it offers everything that I need. I am really close to all the finer things and movies. I love to eat at all the restaurants too!!!

With how difficult it can be to find a place to live in a big city I never thought I would find a place that i feel so comfortable and happy at but I am at Cortland at Phipps Plaza. I’ve lived here for 2 years and I have zero complaints with the staff or my living experience.

For everyone looking for a home away from home you have found it here at the Courtland at Phipps Plaza. I have been here for several years, and I have been very impressed with my apartment and all of the facilities they have as well as everything you need in walking distance as well as easy access to get anywhere you need to get in Atlanta.
You will be very happy you made the right choice.
