AFFORDABLE FAMILY HOUSING

The HUD Section 8 rental assistance program is designed to meet the needs of people with various levels of income. Under the program, a resident will pay approximately 30% of their adjusted income as rent; often rent is low... as $25 a month. Our qualified staff will provide application forms and answer any questions you may have. Utilities are included!

Children can play in our playground and well-maintained grounds. Secure, updated affordable apartments, well maintained landscapes and a professional, caring staff. We are a Project-Based Rental Assistance property. The professional community team is waiting to show you all that this community has to offer. Property is Project-Based Section 8 contract HUD approved. Some or all the rent at this community are based on tenant incomes. Tenants leasing units participating in the Section 8 Project-Based Rental Assistance program typically contribute less than 30% of their adjusted income towards rental costs.

These apartments

They completely trash... don't move here unless you like bugs.. they are lazy with the work they do and talk to you like trash. Base on income apartments shouldn't be like this! NO STARS...

Find somewhere else

I signed a 12 month lease, I left in 6 months. Soooo much shooting it was ridiculous, on multiple occasions. Management always turning over, never knows what happened that day or night before, not involved with the community. These apartments should definitely be ONLY FOR THE ELDERLY OR DISABLED..They are very nice, great renovations, but the people and nonsense over there is ridiculous.
