Crescent Place Apartments

I moved in almost two months ago now and from the day I toured the apartment for the first time the property manager, Elise, was extremely accommodating and friendly. The location is amazing and there is onsite maintenance which makes it really easy if you have any issues. I wish I could give a 6 star rating but 5 stars will have to do. I am absolutely loving my new place.

This place is invested with bedbugs, roaches and rats. Please do yourself a favor and stay away

If you're looking for affordable rent in Midtown Atlanta amidst the sky risers, this is the place for you! The complex dates back to the 1930's, so don't expect the glitter and sparkles that come with the newly built buildings around it. There are a little under fifty units, all one-bedroom apartments with a nice little private pool in the middle. Close to exciting bars, clubs and restaurants, the money not spent on rent will surely go to spending nights out. Crescent Avenue is quite popular for... the night-life, and you're in the middle of it all. This is a great location for a young professional who is not a light sleeper. The complex is also apartment friendly, no pet rent, though there is a one time non-refundable pet fee.
