Do yourself a favor: Avoid living here.

I lived here for almost 3 years. This place is the definition of discomfort. It’s always muddy outside and easy to slip and fall. Extremely overpriced for about 400 sf of useable space. No central HVAC, always too hot in the summer and too cold in the winter; I often slept in several layers. No microwaves or dishwashers in units. Water bill is unreasonably high every month. The property manager is often rude and will use any excuse to squeeze extra dollars out of their residents. I saw broken... car windows in the parking lot almost every month.

old and overpriced

none of the apartments, which are basically oversized studios have been updated. the heating system is from the 80's... nothing here is the least bit renovated. it's awful. not to mention the walls are made of paper. I heard my neighbor's phone conversations on a regular basis... put music on so i didn't feel like such a creep.
