Gables Brookhaven Apartments

Lived here for 2 years. Apartments are great. Location amazing. Maintenance top tier.

However…front office is useless. You have to beg them to do their job just for you to give them money at lease signing. Likely won’t do half the paper work and leave you hanging at move in day. (Not to mention they moved the move in date a whole week last notice) when you move out and switch units they will nickel and dime their own cheap appliances as of the dish washer ever worked. I switched units almost 2... months ago and they refuse to give a mailbox key despite multiple follow ups and begging due to the fact my last security deposit is in the mail box. Read More

Gables is a great spot to live in Brookhaven being a little farther away from all of the noise in Midtown and Downtown Atlanta. I really particularly loved my apartment. I believe it was the A2R layout and I was on the 4th floor with courtyard views/views of Oglethorpe. Some nights I would go out on my balcony and watch Oglethorpe play baseball which was pretty neat. Anyways, I have no complaints with Gables and really enjoyed living here.

I moved in a couple months ago and it has been a great experience so far. When I moved in the leasing office was very helpful answering my questions. I have enjoyed the amenities Gables Brookhaven has to offer and the location is great!

I had such a bad experience living here from dirty ground to fire alarms literally waking you out of your sleep at 1-5am in the morning multiple times a month and stay blaring for at least 30-60 minutes. The walls are so thin and my upstairs neighbor stomps around at all hours of the day and night, you can hear them getting it on too and talking. Airflow must circulate through the apartments surrounding yours because I can always smell my neighbors smoking weed, it makes the apartment reek.... Really unprofessional when applying and picking up keys, we applied for one apartment, got approved was told that they switched us to another apartment and then on move in day they switched us to a new unit. Also someone hit my car in the garage while I was parked! Also the gates to the garage are always broken! Read More

I love the location and the apartments are very nice! My only complaint is the noise. Unfortunately the walls are very thin and I can hear my neighbor’s music blasting all night. Plus the fire alarms that randomly go off in the middle of the night.. talk about waking up in a panic.
