Incompetent Management

My daughter leased a unit here during the summer for her internship where I was the guarantor. We paid on time, did not create any trouble, kept the place clean, and did not damage the property. Upon move out, we get a bill for "damages" to the property, except that it was not even the unit she lived in. Management even admitted to the mistake, but apparently is still not willing to correct it. 3 months after moving out, with attempts to resolve this amicably, we are still getting harassing and... threatening emails to pay the bill for some other unit's damages. My next move is to report to the Georgia Dept of Real Estate or some kind of housing authority in Georgia. Just a warning to be careful what you get into with this management. I don't even like writing these reviews without giving them a chance to resolve it. It looks like they have not and will not.

They responded with, "We assure you that we take matters like these very seriously and will thoroughly investigate this issue to resolve it as quickly as possible." This is absolutely NOT true. I have given them 3 months to resolve this. There is nothing left to investigate. They already know and admitted that it was their mistake, but still have not resolved it "as quickly as possible". It is a simple fix. Take the charges off and stop sending collection demand letters. This is all a facade to cover up incompetent management. Messages to their corporate headquarters (Core Spaces) also go unanswered, so concerns are certainly falling on deaf ears.

dishonest management team

The management at HUB has consistently provided misleading information and has employed various excuses to breach our contract. We entered into a lease with HUB for the period from August 2023 to August 2024, which stipulates that we would receive a gift card equivalent to one month's rent as a move-in incentive.

Despite numerous requests during the 12-month period, HUB repeatedly assured us that the gift card would be sent, but this promise was never fulfilled. When we finally addressed...
management in person with the lease agreement, they assured us that a check would be issued to us within a month. Regrettably, this commitment was also not honored.

Now, in October, we have been informed that they can no longer issue the gift card, citing that their system only allows distribution to current residents. Additionally, no mention has been made of an alternative check. Their actions indicate a troubling lack of accountability, suggesting that they are evading responsibility while exhibiting a significant degree of dishonesty.

I had a very quick and easy move-in experience. Everything went super smoothly and I was completely moved-in with no issues. The only downside I have seen so far is the lack of maintenance of the gym equipment. Multiple machines need to be fixed.

Had a very smooth move-in process. The bedroom is a bit smaller than expected and is lacking a desk lamp that was advertised but everything else is perfect!
