Nasty place and it’s not a gated community

This place is dirty, they always have excuses to keep the property clean. Dog poop is left on the streets and on the green area, the dog park is disgusting. Green areas are not maintained and gate has been broke since January 2024, and the doors are kept open at all time. This is not a gated community since January. And they want to sell it as a gated community.

Move here at your own risk

On December 24th my apartment flooded and no accommodations financially or livable were made after 18 days. And I am now at risk for eviction due to paying hotel fees all of January which left me behind
