If smoking or second hand smoke is a concern for you, this is not the place. I just moved in a month ago. It’s a great property. Management is very responsive but it seems like all the residents smoke cigarettes or weed. Constant smell of smoke that seeps through the vents and walls no matter what you do. Currently trying to find a new place so I can terminate my lease early. I wake up with my eyes and throat burning.

I’ve been here for a month and so far everything is great. Rachad helped me move in. He’s been a great help. The whole staff is attentive and good. I love my apartment. Best apartment I’ve ever had.

Nice building located in a convenient location right in between Buckhead and Midtown. Wonderful facilities including a gym and also a cycle room. Excellent staff, always making you feel wanted.

Nice building located in a convenient location right in between Buckhead and Midtown. Wonderful facilities including a gym and also a cycle room. Just seconds from a gas station and Cirque Bar and grill.
