I think the office starting at the top could do a better job of communicating and being polite while doing so.
I think the maintenance should take more pride in their work. The renovators did a cheap job. I’ve been here two months and have had over 10 service requests. Overall, the building is very average to below average for what you pay or other alternative living spaces within the area. Livable, if you’re willing to ignore the little things until they all add up.

There is constant noise from all the construction and alarms going off at all hours. The garage doors have been broken for months. We are being charged an amenity fee while all the amenities are not accessible due to construction. The unit finishes are nice. Other than this place is sub-par at best.

The staff is very responsive the apartment is spacious and nice

I am currently experiencing significant floor creaking and movement noise from the unit above me at all hours of the day even at midnight. The noise is loud enough to clearly hear footsteps and bed movement and is always waking me from my sleep. This was not an issue when I first moved in and has recently started within the last few weeks. My own floors do not creak, which is why this seems unusual and more noticeable. The grounds are well kept. The Maintenance Staff is top-notch, friendly, quick to respond, and resolve issues quicker than expected. The Staff is graceful, warm and inviting. I enjoy just talking to them. They are great listeners, as well, particularly Velvet and Odarri.
