Meridian Buckhead Apartments

Lived there for a year and extremely relieved to finally leave the place. We initially rented a place as it was close to the mall. But after moving in, we realized that the place has different policies for renters vs owners. Maintenance is always prioritized for owners and could take 2-3 weeks to be addressed for renters. The leasing office does the contract on behalf of condo owner but as soon as that is done, they was their hand off and direct any issues to the owner who may not be in the same... city or state.
A major concern during this period has been security issue being next to the station, we had a tenant attacked outside the building, multiple break ins to the garage and we were once threatened in the elevator of the complex as well. Read More
