Live here and can’t wait to move

Non- smoking building but Constant pot smoke odors entering the unit. Cigarette smoke too at times. Management tries but is inept. Also have had flooding issues.

All residents sign a lease knowing it states we are a smoke free community and unfortunately some smoking will happen. We try to identify any smoking residents and they will be charged a fine. We ask for the help of other residents to identify who is violating our smoking policy and to please report them.
