for the most part the people who work here are nice, there is a large amount of turnover. clean. the location is great but compared to other apartment buildings I feel as if it is definitely a bit on the older side. some of the floors/places have a more recent upgrade though my floor does not (not a problem- just noting it). amenities are good but not accessible all the time (if you bring more than 4-5 people up the front desk tries to call the cops, which is odd). overall great location, i love... midtown.

I LOVE having the opportunity to elevate my living status and experience the life that Moreda Midtown has to offer. As a rural town, country boy , the feeling I got the moment I entered Modera was unmatched. I instantly felt at home! My apologies in advance, I forgot the other gentlefriend’s name but Navhada and himself welcomed my fiancé and I into their luxury establishment and gave us the access to experience some of the best living accommodation in the Midtown/Downtown area by far???? i... absolutely love those guys and the energy they bring to not only the Moreda community, but the community as a whole ???? can’t wait to become a future resident!!!
