The staff and residents have all been great. Upon my arrival the staff were so welcoming. They create a family atmosphere. They are always bubbly and are always willing to help their residents.

The community itself is beautiful, great leasing team and maintenance team. The parking in building 9000 is ridiculous. I don't think the parking lot back here was thought out properly. There are a ton of compact parking. When many of us drive SUVs or Pickup Trucks leaving us having to double park or walk two buildings away from home. We have one handicap parking spot with several people in our building have handicap tags and are unable to park in that one little spot because it is always... occupied by residents without a tag. I feel safer back here than I did in the front oddly enough. I would also think that renting the amenities would be less expensive than they are.

The staff at Elan are very hands on and formal. They have assisted me in every way possible to make my experience as seamless as possible, although we had a bit of hiccups they helped very well.

I believe that this is a very nice apartment complex.When I first moved back here, there weren't that many people.But now there is a bunch of people, and it's still pretty lovely except for the occasional dog, barking with neighbors who have pets. Overall It's a really nice place to live and my neighbors don't bother me and it's pretty clean.The guys that keep up the property, do a great job.And the maintenance guys are phenomenal. The front office is always putting on events and really engaging... the residents to get involved.They do parties for us, they do appreciation days for us.They do giveaways for us.And I love that they got our new mailbox facility covered up.I mean, just like with any place there will always be room for improvement.But this is one of the nicest places i've been to, and this is my second year here.

Great residence love the people & the energy of the staff.. would highly recommend to move here most definitely 10/10 & the units are spacious & very nice compared to other apartments within the same price range.
