The community is well kept, property is indeed nice, and amenities are good. Office staff could be better about answering phones and follow-up with emails & voicemails. However, I don't regret moving here and would still do it again.

I am very happy living at Render. It is a wonderful community and has great amenities; the location is convenient to shopping and within walking distance of a grocery. The office and maintenance personnel are friendly and courteous and it's obvious that they take pride in the community.
