Worst decision ever

In order to park your car near your building you have to pay 50 dollars additional monthly. Tenants leave trash whenever where ever no one is held accountable for trashing the property. It’s dog poop all over the grass. The so called poorly made dog park is disgusting as well. I would prefer to stay on the street than this place. I can’t wait for my lease to be up

Peaceful .

I have been staying here for months and I love it . It’s a quiet community and the management does a great job communicating with any updates and changes going on in the community . Maintenance is quick with requests as well, the do a good job keeping the grounds clean. Only downsides for me are the deliveries and the cracks . I guess since it’s a new build then deliveries are a little hectic and maintenance said the building is still settling so there are cracks in the walls. Also the interior... doors still and do not close all the way because of the that. But overall 10/10 property and apartment .

Great place to live!

The complex is quiet and well-maintained, with all utilities included, which is super convenient. The office staff is always friendly and helpful. Highly recommend!

Best Leasing Agents in Georgia

The leasing agents toured me around the place and honestly the best one I've seen so far! Very affordable and well kept. Everyone was so kind and well mannered, 5 stars!

I LOVE IT !!!

The leasing agents were super patient with me, and answered all my emails and calls at a reasonable pace. I toured around the complex and it's so well kept and clean and spacious. Thank you Clara!
