I’ve been here 4 years and have been promised new carpeting in hallways, updated cardio equipment in gym, more handicapped parking on each floor of garage- none of which has been done

I've had a pleasant and convenient experience living at Peachtree Dunwoody Place. The apartment complex is well-maintained, and the staff is responsive and friendly. One of the biggest advantages is its location—it's close to major highways, public transportation, and a variety of shops, restaurants, and medical facilities, which makes daily errands and commuting very easy. The amenities are well-kept, and the community has a peaceful and welcoming atmosphere. Overall, it’s been a great place to... live, offering both comfort and convenience.

I am a new resident here and I am pleasantly surprised at the quietness and ease of getting acclamated. The neighbors seem to be welcoming. The leasing office staff member Pamela is very professional and hands on. Maintenance response is timely and reliable.
