You have to BEG and PLEAD for maintenance
I moved into these apartments about six weeks ago and it has been nothing but problems. The first issue is they did not end up leasing me the apartment that was shown to me. Apparently that unit was rented out during my application process. Why they let me apply to a unit someone else was applying to? I will never know. The original unit was supposed to be on the top floor, the unit I ended up with is on the first floor.
When I moved in there were various issues that required maintenances... attention. Multiple requests were closed without ever being fixed. I've experienced my first rainstorm while living here, and I now find out the apartment floods when it rains. I have been trying to get assistance with this and no one is responding.
You have to literally BEG and be a nuisance to get any results from this team. It is unfortunate because during the tour and subsequent communications during the leasing process, this complex was presented as if they would be attentive and helpful to the residents. All they do is send you emails saying how the office is going to be closed for the holidays.
I would not recommend this complex to anyone. I'm kind of sorry I got myself into a lease here. You have to divulge every single bit of your personal financial information, to people who are telling you blatant LIES. It's awful.
Also, the complex is dirty. The hallways have a stench, and the floors are always sticky and dirty and there's constantly trash strewn about, and leaves and nature debris in the hallway. People prop the doors open, and the gates never close so really anyone could access your apartment.
