Was interested

I called a few weeks back and she didn't seem at all interested in speaking with me and said she would have something available later in mid November. I just called, she had the same annoyed tone. Then she said she would have anything till January. Maybe I dodged a bullet. She didn't seem to care about making money.

Don’t do it!

Horrible lying management! No consistent hot water, laundry facility is homeless people infested and has janky equipment which hardly ever works, drugs are sold and used here! ITS JUST CONVENIENT! DONT MOVE HERE!

Nasty

DO NOT MOVE HERE! Roaches and no hot water! I have to shower at my gym! And wash my clothes at a laundry mat because the laundry room in the building has homeless people and horrible non working machines! I’m tired of living here! I REPEAT DO NOT MOVE HERE!

God awful

There is no hot water consistantly. Pissy hallways, drug dealers, and junkies. Horrible lying management. DO NOT LIVE HERE!!

While the building is old, it's private.

This building is old, like lead paint warning old but every apartment is a studio and most people are quiet. Walkable to lots of midtown locations as well as Marta.
