Beware! Overcharging for Basic living.
Please, do yourself a favor and pass this one up. The leasing team will be so warm and bubbly during the tour but it will quickly decline as soon as you pay your app fees. This place is a real circus with the manager being the head clown. You will know her when you see her. It's very expensive to live here and there is NOTHING LUXURY about it. The garage doors stay broken with your vehicle exposed to theft. We had a car stolen and they were not forth coming with any assistance or with camera... footage. I believe the cameras are props or not recording. The elevators take turns being down and this is a very BUSY building. Because of that, they have incentivized themselves on the lack of public parking and will charge your guests $4 to park for a couple of HOURS and boot them for $75. They made changes to something every year. The tenants new parking situation was recently updated and of course, they passed the cost of that, like everything else, on to the tenants by having to buy a parking permit, renewable annually. Why if I already pay an outrageous $200+ for 2 parking spaces? The building is furnished nicely due to the recent update. Previously, it was dingy and drab. The apartments are spacious and well built, but THAT'S IT!! The constant turnover and changes makes this place a huge disappointment. The staff here are a bunch of unprofessional, and un-service oriented people. A LOUD MOUTHED, ignorant and belligerent MANAGER that will one day meet with the right person, at the right time because she certainly pushes all the right buttons. RAM management company is predatory and constantly comes up with ways to money grab. We paid close to 3k for a 2/2 including over $400 in additional fees. No real concierge (call them receptionists, best. They come in late and leave early) so packages are lost and/or stolen with no accountability or empathy. This place is not what it seems so BEWARE!! Ask the guest while on tour for honest feedback. After 3 years... I am so happy to say good riddance.
