An exploitative cash grab
The property management team is incredibly unprofessional. Promises to return phone calls with no follow through, service tickets that get closed out without being attempted, and just poor property quality overall. On top of that, I get to pay nearly $200 a month more than my rent in ridiculous "community fees" and for the "community water bill" when there is a busted water main they refuse to fix. These buildings are 30 years old. Isn't all this stuff what my rent is supposed to cover? Run away... as fast as you can from this place. It is borderline unlivable (I type this from 82 degree apartment, as the A/C went out and they refuse to fix it).
