Roaches Throughout the Property — Please Be Aware

I’ve been living here for a while, and unfortunately, I’ve started seeing roaches throughout the building. I’ve seen them in the stairwell, parking garage, hallways, and I’ve even found a couple inside my apartment.

It’s honestly frustrating because my lease isn’t even close to ending, and I’m becoming more and more unhappy living here. Every resident in this building is charged a monthly pest control fee, so you would think roaches wouldn’t be this much of an issue, especially throughout the… entire property.

I submitted a maintenance request, and pest control did come out to treat my apartment. Days later I notice small roach in my unit. The bigger issue is that the roaches are not just in my unit—they’re throughout the building. Treating one apartment isn’t going to solve a building-wide problem.

I’m writing this review to make others aware, especially because one of the NUMBER ONE things I looked for when choosing an apartment was a clean, pest-free place to live.

This property just seems to be getting worse, which is really disappointing. I truly hope management takes this issue seriously and addresses the entire building instead of treating individual units. Please be advised if you’re considering moving here. At this point, I guess you really do get what you pay for.

Thank you for sharing your concerns. I completely understand how frustrating and disappointing it is to experience pest issues, especially when you chose the community with the expectation of having a clean and comfortable home.

I am actually new to… the property and want you to know that I am taking these concerns very seriously. Since coming on board, I have made the decision to terminate our previous pest control company and bring in a new pest control provider. My goal is to address the issue more effectively and take a proactive approach to the community as a whole, rather than simply treating individual apartments as issues are reported.

I would also be happy to personally assist with getting your specific concern resolved. Please reach out to me directly so I can make sure your apartment is addressed by our new pest control provider and follow up with you regarding the treatment.

I appreciate you bringing this to my attention and giving me the opportunity to address the issue. I understand that seeing roaches in your home and throughout the community is frustrating, and I am committed to working with our new provider to improve the situation.

Terrible business practices

We tried getting renting here. They wouldn’t call you back after completing an application. We made several visits. The right hand don’t know what the left hand is doing. Now, after dealing with this for a month, they’re saying we have to complete and pay another application fee because they’re under new management. Terrible business practices

Great community for dog owners!

This is such a great place for people who love animals. Big outdoor courtyard areas for dogs to walk around and play. Their event team (Tiff & Paola) always put together amazing gatherings for residents to get to know each other and socialize.

The property manager is rude

The Property Manger is very rude ( Twynate ) they have hidden fees & she’s unresponsive and very unprofessional theres been times the elevator hasn’t been working for weeks , the floors are dirty , its mold throughout the building, you need a phone to get in and out of gates and if you phone dies you just stuck , theres no visitor parking forreal if someone comes they have to pay to park or they car will be booted , maintenance is slow , do not move here ! it’s the worse thing to do ! My time… living there i hated it and im so much happier i have moved

Amazing place to live!
