Employees are entitled and rude

My 7 year old son slid through the pool railings today at The Cloister. I was inside dealing with an emergency with my friend who resides there and gathering mine and my kids belongings. There was maybe 5inches of water in the pool. As I was leaving, a maintenance man who claimed to be a manager also, confronted me and made me aware of the situation. I thanked him and said I'd take care of it. He said a manager wanted to talk to me. I told him I didn't need a lecture, I was going to discipline... my child accordingly and it should've been left at that. Instead he tells me if I don't speak to the office manager, that I would be asked to leave. I stayed to talk. During this talk, the man is running up to our vehicle, yelling and talking over my husband and I. I tell the lady I no longer care to speak to him anymore and if SHE would like to talk, that'd be fine, but I was done being screamed over randomly in the middle of me talking. I'm now no longer at The Cloister. Do not recommend.
