Bad for business

Save yourself the trouble, everything in here is old. It’s ant/spider infested, there is mold growing throughout the apartments and all they want to do is paint over it. That’s just a few of many problems, I’ve been here for a year and all it’s been is problem after problem. They don’t care about your living situation within the apartment they only care about your money.

My Home In The Village.

I love coming home to my lovely, quiet apartment in Cooper Creek Village. The apartment is nice and roomy with two bedrooms and two baths, walking distant to a park with tennis courts, fishing lake and wonderful walking trails. There is a nice salt water pool with a grill and outdoors furniture around the pool area. Very convenient to the mall, post office, drug stores, grocery stores and eating places. Just a nice place to live!

Pay for What you Get

Been a resident for Cooper Cove for 2 years. Bundling is really old & falling apartment. If you are on a budget & just want to live closer to Columbus State then this is a good pick. If not; save your money for the headache. Too many issues. Cabinets are old wood & falling apart. They don't care about reinventing either.
