I like everything about Grove Park. From my initial research, it seemed to be best value for the higher end communities. I am most happy with how the grounds and amenities are maintained. We have access to some really nice perks (pool, gym, clubhouse, dog park) that are not offered at other places.

Grove Park suffers from poor management sure, but the worst part is not just poor management, but a culture of uncompassionate, condescending attitudes, and practices. What's most disturbing is the way they choose to guise their terrible practices and attitudes behind a vale of sunny Southern Hospitality.
