PLEASE BEWARE. This apartment complex is horrible, it may look nice but that's about it. They are very poorly executed with a VERY cheap build. You can literally hear everything around you LITERALLY from your neighbors around you on all sides to people walking in the hallway. If you value peace and quiet this is not the place especially for this price it's ridiculous.

Prose Fairview does NOT care about their residents. If you have an issue you will 2-7 days before hearing anything unless you call. I would not recommend residing here especially if there’s an emergency situation occurring because they will not act on your behalf. However, they will put a note on your door, car, or email you to warn you or to provide you a fee.

Avoid this place. It is overpriced and corners were cut which has caused residents numerous issues.

My. Overall experience is okay. Oi really appreciate that the office team provide resident activities that is truly a plus.
The walls are thin, my neighbors above are very noisy.
My apartment always smell of Marijuana I have to constantly spray deodorizer
Other than the above issues it's fine living at the Prose.
