Terrible management!
This was a lovely 55 and over community when I moved in a year and a half ago, but since it was sold and the new management company First Communities took over, it has gone downhill fast. I sent an online maintenance request Sunday Dec. 11, 2022, reporting that our furnace was not coming on and that we had no heat. I did realize that it would probably be Monday before they came out. I called Monday morning the 12th to reiterate my maintenance request and let her know it was cold. She said the... maintenance man was off but that she would come to my apartment shortly and see what could be done by speaking with someone on the phone who could direct her as to what to do. She did not show up and did not call. I called again Tuesday morning the 13th and was told they would be out soon. The maintenance man came out but was not able to fix the furnace because he needed to order a part. Dec. 14, 2022, 10:00 a.m. Still no heat! It's one thing to be slow on maintenance but to let residents go without heat is quite another matter!
