Poorly maintained and managed independent retirement community

Corporate parent company is interested in one thing only -- the bottom line. No care for the senior residents that live there. Professional, retired residents that overall genuinely care about each other. Great location convenient to Avondale MARTA Station, Emory Decatur Hospital, downtown Decatur and much more. Poorly maintained thirty year old building. School cafeteria grade food. Staff is very caring for residents despite being underpaid and unsupported by management. Would not recommend.
