Lacking in Good management
If I could give them a negative star, I would. They're incompent, not professional, and take No accountability when they drop the ball. Each person in the office gives you a different answer to the same question, so if you get it wrong, sorry, you should have researched the answer better or asked the right question. Get everything they say in writing. You can't trust them to do their job and tell you the right answer. It's all on you. They will take your money.
You're a block from the jail,... and their building is made with all this concrete that makes it look like the jail. The ground is always wet in the apartment walkways. Good luck with bugs and management.
