Clarion team is awesome I never had complaints about maintenance team they know what they have to do and they actually go extra mile to make sure everything is okay.

Moving In Review We had so many problems getting through the application process, so we were especially hoping to have an easy move in. Generally speaking, it went well. But we still had some problems the day of - like getting a call saying the apartment wasn't ready yet because more pest control was needed. I understand now that the aim was to help get our apartment an extra cleaning and to make it even better for our move-in, but in my opinion everything should have been done with plenty of... time to spare before our agreed-upon move-in date. So that was a little disappointing. And there are a few things in the apartment that aren't working. The main thing is the dishwasher (the other thing is the lock on our storage closet). Overall though, we are feeling more valued and respected than we did during the application process.
