Moving from out of state can be stressful however the moment I made contact with property spoke to Jenay she answered all questIons and concerns I had after calling this place repeatedly I decided I would apply. Got approval instantly and this staff was not only consistent and very professional i felt like I wanted to actually be apart of the community. Fast forward I arrived with all that was request like ID and utility verification (after welcome letter) Ms Autumn made me fresh coffee which… was much appreciated. Got the keys and opened the doors to apartment nice gift bag too…..WOW very spacious one bedroom (being moved from 3bedroom home) the appliances were older but Ms Jenay addressed my concerns and made adjustments so far so good I noticed police security is always present I’ve only been moved in for a week now. Those apartments are RAGGEDY. They only have one maintenance man and he's getting old and cannot maintain the property alone which is also kinda old. The people in the office are temp workers. They have a serious rat and roach infestation. When you see alcoholics and drug attics congregating at the bus stop in front of the apartments all day long, you already know what it is.

The Apartment complex is very old with older appliances so you will definitely hear the floor squeak. They have two maintenance men on the property that are amazing! Once you put a work order in, they will answer it very quickly! usually with in 24 hours! There is a roach problem here but once you contact the office and tell them to bring out pest control, they fix the problem very quickly and you will start seeing the infestation stop. I've been here for 3 years now and don't have too much… complaints. Just the usual kids playing outside, loud music and the smell of bbq on the grill. Nothing major! The people who lived here for a while, and have kids, we all look out for each other. It takes a village to raise our kids!!! I’ve had problems with my heat not working over and over, and it’s like they fix it only for it to go out again. The neighborhood is an okay neighborhood. I stay to myself most of the time. Few cracks in the wall, and paint job isn’t all that great either. This isn’t somewhere I would stay long term.
