Room comes with a bed, ceiling fan, and a large closet for plenty of storage.
Spacious kitchen with a dining table, oven, dishwasher, microwave, and stove.
Two full bathrooms available, one upstairs and one downstairs. They are shared with one male adult, but he’s usually out during the day and travels a lot.

- Amenities:
All utilities are included.
Central AC and heater.
Parking in the driveway, or 24/7 street parking right in front of the house.
The area is very safe and quiet, right next to a hiking trail.
Free laundry on-site.
Kitchen access included.

- House Rules:
No dogs, sorry!
No tobacco smoking inside, but you can smoke outside or on the balcony.
